Inno Expo@Tai Po 2025
“Lok Lok” uses the body of a robotic dog combined with a cute panda design. It can walk and respond to certain voice commands, offering companionship to the elderly. The two interactive games each have unique features. One game involves voice control to guide an in-game panda over obstacles, while the other allows the elderly to control the physical panda “Lok Lok” to eat apples and gold ingots within the game. Through these motion-sensing games, the elderly can engage in light physical activity and promote mental well-being in a fun and interactive way.
Cultural Experience Activity For The Elderly At Cheung Chau
The Student LED Club organized a cultural experience activity for the elderly at Cheung Chau, collaborating with senior participants to create a “combined painting” that expresses the unique culture of Cheung Chau. They also experienced making “Ping On Buns,” which deepened their understanding of the cultural significance behind these buns.
National Day Cup Judo Championship 2024
Our school’s judo team achieved outstanding results in the National Day Cup Judo Championship 2024. Form 2 student Lee Wai Tin Gabriel achieved the first runner-up in the 13-16 age group men’s +66kg category. Form 4 student Ma Yuk Wai achieved the first runner-up in the 13-16 age group women’s +57kg category, while Form 4 student Ma Yuk Man won the championship in the same category.
”Consumer • Smart Fun Sharing” IG Post Creation Competition
Form 6 student Jiang EMo demonstrated her creative talents in the “Consumer • Smart Fun Sharing” Instagram Post Creation Competition, co-organized by the Consumer Council and the Education Bureau. She won the Gold Award for the Most Influential Consumer Habit and the Silver Award for Excellence in Design in the Senior Group.

School Picnic Day
Picnic day is an excellent opportunity for teachers and students to appreciate the scenery together. It not only allows them to relax but also strengthens their sense of belonging to the class. In a relaxed atmosphere, students can enjoy activities, share experiences, and build friendships, while teachers can gain a better understanding of their students. These wonderful moments will become a precious part of their youthful memories.
Anti-Gambling Musical
Students attentively appreciated the anti-gambling educational musical and actively engaged in the interactive segments, discussing the significance of rejecting gambling. This performance not only enhanced their understanding of the dangers associated with gambling but also encouraged them to make informed decisions in their lives and to cultivate healthy values.
2024 Basic Law Ambassador Design Competition
Seven students won the awards of 2024 Basic Law Ambassador Design Competition organized by the Hong Kong Life Extension Association. Among them, Form 4 student Ma Yuk Wai won the Silver Award, while Wong Yin Yu achieved the Bronze Award. Additionally, Form 4 students Ma Ka Wai, Kwan Yeuk Laam and Ling Ki Ki, Form 3 student Zhang Wen Yu, and Form 2 student Lee Man Huen all received Merit Awards.
This competition not only provided students with an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents but also enhanced their understanding of the Basic Law, which plays a significant role in fostering their civic awareness.
Design a Poster for Hong Kong Competition
Form 4 student Ma Yuk Wai won a Bronze Award in the “Design a Poster for Hong Kong” competition, which was held by the Tai Po Youth Association and the Tai Po Community Empowerment Organization to celebrate the 27th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to the motherland. Two other Form 4 students, Ma Yuk man and Wong Yin Yu also excelled and were awarded Merit Awards.
Subject Day(Arts/Physical Education)
The school organized a variety of engaging activities for students during Arts Day and Sports Day. Visual Arts Subject held workshops on sand painting and traditional Chinese fan-making. Music Subject invited an inspiring blind violinist to perform and give a motivational talk. Sports Subject arranged fitness testing workshops from the Correctional Services Department, Police Force, and Fire Services Department, helping students understand the roles and responsibilities of these disciplinary forces and consider their future career paths. These events not only enriched students’ knowledge of the arts and sports but also encouraged them to reflect on their future educational and career choices.
Olympic Knowledge Quiz’ Competition
During the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, our school encouraged students to participate in the ‘Olympic Knowledge Quiz’ competition to inspire their interest in sports and enhance their extracurricular knowledge. Form 4 student Kwok Sze Yu stood out among approximately 80 participating schools across Hong Kong, winning the ‘Outstanding Award (secondary section).’ Our school was also awarded the runner-up for the ‘Most Active Participation School Award.’
